Dwight’s insurance portfolios are designed to meet each client’s investment objectives while taking into consideration the client’s unique liability profile, operating requirements, legal, tax, and regulatory constraints. The Insurance Team works with each client to determine portfolio objectives, identify return targets, establish risk tolerances, set investment guidelines, build customized benchmarks, and develop operating procedures. The client portfolio manager then oversees portfolio construction and serves as the primary client contact and overall coordinator of Dwight’s services.

Business Development
Don leads Dwight’s insurance business development efforts and is responsible for representing the firm’s investment capabilities with life, property and casualty, and captive insurance companies. Prior to joining Dwight in 2007, he was Senior Sales and Client Relations Manager for Babson Capital Management. Previously, he was responsible for developing investment solutions for insurance companies at Putnam Investments, First Boston, and Chancellor/Citigroup. He earned his BA from the University of Connecticut. Don has 36 years of industry experience.

John is responsible for representing Dwight's insurance capabilities to the insurance industry and for developing new consultant relationships. John serves as a member of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association and is experienced in captive insurance matters. John joined Dwight in 1997 and has 39 years of industry experience.
