Stable Value Asset Management at Dwight
The Client Portfolio Management Team meets weekly as a group to discuss strategies and tactical decisions for stable value client portfolios. The Client Portfolio Management Team oversees the allocations to various fund strategies and insurance "wrap" agreements through their knowledge of individual client objectives, guidelines, and cash flow.
The Investment Team is responsible for managing the underlying securities in each particular portfolio strategy. The entire Investment Team formulates policy during weekly strategy meetings based on three key top-down components—duration, term structure, and benchmark-relative sector weightings.
Bottom-up security decisions are the responsibility of sector portfolio managers and credit research analysts on the Credit Research Team. The Quantitative Analysis Team rounds out the security selection process by conducting cash-flow analysis and modeling.
